Our Services
Bordesley Multi Academy Trust has an extensive range of support services which ensure our schools are well supported in our goal of achieving an outstanding education for all of pupils. Some of these services are also available to schools outside the trust, or for schools who want to be associate members of the trust, before committing to joining the trust on a permanent basis.
Bordesley IT
The Bordesley IT team works closely with the schools to ensure ICT always moves forward providing them with a clear strategic plan covering all aspects of the school’s systems, working to improve service delivery this provides schools with a high IT availability enabling them to deliver outstanding teaching and learning across the Trust.
School Improvement
All schools in the trust get the support of dedicated School Improvement partner. All our SIPs are experienced headteachers. In addition Trust schools have a cycle of school improvement visits throughout the year, focussing on various aspects of practice and pedagogy.
Facilities Management
Our schools have access to a central programme of services including building cleaning services management, grounds maintenance and health and safety advice and support. Each service is managed by a central administration team who ensure quality of service is maintained across the schools within the Trust.
Finance
The Trust has a dedicated finance team which deals with all aspects of school finance. This enables our schools to focus on high quality educational provision, as well as ensuring efficiencies and buying power across our schools.
Human Resources
Our experienced HR team support our schools with all aspects of recruitment, retention, pay and staffing related issues.
Catering
The Trust employs a central catering team, led by a very experienced catering manager. This enables us to provide the very best quality and value for money for our families.
Staff Development
We know that all staff want to develop and grow professionally. In addition to the CPD offered by our schools, the Trust provides all staff with access to a vast arrange of CPD courses through the National College.
Attendance & Welfare
The Trust Attendance and Welfare Team provide support to our schools within the Trust working together with our learners and their families to promote and encourage excellent school attendance.
Apprenticeship Programmes
The Trust offers a range of apprenticeships within a school setting, apprenticeships are an exciting option where you get hands-on training and also the chance to put your skills into practice.
